Foot Operated Constant Heat Sealer Assembly Instructions
1. Insert standing tube into pedestal base
and secure with short screw.
2. With four of the longer bolts and nuts,
connect the sealer body to the mounting
plate on standing tube.
3. Attach rod to puller from below the base
and then connect to the foot pedal.
4. Connect fixed level plate to sealer base.
5. Connect working plate to the fixed level plate in the desired position.
Operating Instructions For
AIE Constant Heat Sealers
After assembling the unit, plug it into outlet and begin doing the following.
1. Adjust the foot pedal rod(#20)to obtain a good,
firm contact between the sealing jaws.
2. Move the power switch(#5) to the ON position.
3. Set the temperature control knob to an initial setting of 100°C.
The light will change color in a minute or so when the
selected temperature is reached.
4. Now try sealing one of your bags. If the desired seal is not acheived,
turn the controller up in small increments until the product seals properly.
Keep hands away from sealing bars and never put them between the
sealing jaws as the bars are very hot and can burn.
The sealing jaws need to be kept clean in order to create the proper seals, but only
clean them when the unit if unplugged and cool.
Do not use anything wet to clean the jaws.
Turn unit off when not in use.
