Replacing the basic parts on a trimmer impulse sealer is virtually identical to the procedure on a standard impulse sealer with a few minor exceptions.

Instead of having 2 chrome side plates like the standard sealer, the
trimmer sealer has a cutter bar on one side that needs to be removed.
Replacing The Trimmer Blade
Slide tht trimmer handle in the swing arm to the cutout notch and lift out.
Loosen but do not remove the screw. Using pliers or other suitable tool,
remove the old blade and install the new one.
BE CAREFUL - THE BLADES ARE SHARP!!!
Set new blade in position and tighten screw.
* Be sure that the tab on blade retainer is set in top hole of replacement trimmer blade. *

Reinstall handle in sealer arm.
