How To Use And Maintain
American International Electric
Constant Heat Roller Sealers
The AIE RS line of constant heat roller sealers can create a seal on virtually
any heat sealable material in any configuration.

These roller sealers are an excellent choice for making round,
oval or straight seals of unlimited length.

Simple to use, simple to maintain and very cost effective.

AIE Roller Sealer Instructions

Place the roller sealer in the metal
rack and plug into 110V A/C outlet.

Turn on the temperature control and
allow unit to warm up for app. 10
minutes. The LED light will come on
anytime the unit is turned on.

Turning the dial clockwise increases
the temperature and counter-
clockwise decreases the temperature.

It may take a few adjustments to find the right setting for the material you are sealing.

Place the material to be sealed on a
smooth surface such as a rubber pad
or cardboard sheet - do not use
glass, paper or wood.

When sealing, roll over the material slowly and with a steady pace. Do not press down hard or go too fast as both actions will cause a bad seal to be made.Adjust the temperature control as needed.

When not in use, place the roller sealer in the metal rack for safety.

Turn unit off at the switch when sealing operation is complete.

To perform cut and seal type work, try turning the wheel slightly to
one side so the edge of the wheel makes contact with the plastic.

Maintaining The American International Electric Roller Sealer

To assure that your AIE roller sealer stays in proper working condition, remove the bits of plastic or dirt that get stuck on the wheel using a brush or dry cloth. Keep the wheel as clean as possible to insure a good seal is made.

NEVER IMMERSE OR SUBMERGE THE SEALER IN WATER!
