Troubleshooting The Flo Vac Loose Fill Recycling System
|
 |
-
Unit works for a few minutes, but suction slows down enough though the motor is running
- Check to make sure the white filter assembly is installed over the motor assembly inside the pyramid top(see step #4). If not, remove all loose fill pieces from fan assembly, install filter and unit should funtion properly.
- Unit does not come on
- Check to make sure there is power at the outlet and that power cord is plugged in to both the outlet and the motor itself.
- Unit is on, but there is no suction or suction is weak
- Check to see if fabric flaps are securely sealed to plastic pyramid top and that the vacuum chamber is completely closed up.
- When turned on, the bottom of the unit seems to twist around
- Extension pipes have probably been installed on the inside of the cone liner. The extension pipes must be installed to the outside of the corrugated cone liner and tightened properly. See step 3 - frame assembly.
